Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Certain brands like EAR Yoshino & Final Electrostatics will take up to 18 weeks for delivery, as these are custom made to order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Deliveries are made during working hours on working days. We or our delivery partner will contact you via call or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 
 
Returns

Returns, Exchange and refund are strictly not allowed. 
 
Cancellations 

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped or within 24 hours of placing your order, You may choose an exchange or store credit for the full amount of the items you purchased.
